Excellence through cutting-edge equipment

Pressing is carried out as close to the vines as possible. Thanks to the variety of presses in different sizes, we benefit from optimal flexibility and better pressing quality.

The 142 hectares cultivated by our winegrowers produce a total of 36,800 hectoliters, vinified in both small and large containers.

A strict quality policy and precision vinification equipment allow the creation of Great Champagnes.

Our cuvées embody excellence and modernity, revealing a wealth of aromas with finesse and freshness.

A team of connoisseurs and enthusiasts

Today, 235 passionate winegrowers, worthy heirs of great Ambonnay families, share the values and expertise of Champagne Saint-Réol and are actively involved in the project. There is also a dedicated team working daily for the Saint-Réol brand, through relationships with the winegrowers, grape reception, the crafting of our cuvées, and brand development.

Our commitments

Environmental commitments made possible through numerous investments always in favor of quality, demonstrated among other things by 80% of our grape supply being certified HVE / VDC, the installation of photovoltaic panels, and the organic vinification certification in our winery, with the first production completed in 2023.
